PC-Prime® PU 20 is a one-component, ready-to-use polyurethane primer formulated with solvent-based polyurethane prepolymers to stabilize porous substrates and ensure excellent adhesion for polyurethane waterproofing membranes and protective coatings. The product penetrates deeply into the pores of concrete, cementitious screeds, wood, and similar absorbent surfaces, creating a strong bonding layer between the substrate and the subsequent waterproofing system. Its low viscosity and high penetration capability improve surface cohesion while enhancing the long-term durability and performance of polyurethane membrane applications in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
